Have you ever noticed how good you feel when you help somebody else? When I am frustrated or angry an act of kindness is the last thing that typically comes to mind, but perhaps my life would be more joyful if I learned to live that way. Another goal of 2013!

Lucky Winners

Kody has continued his support of The James. He sold over 100 raffle tickets and this week the lucky winners were announced!
