Nationwide Children's Hospital Ronald McDonald House

I am very excited to be heading down to Nationwide Children's Hospital Ronald McDonald House on Saturday.  We will be serving up salad, pasta, meatballs and rolls for over 100 family members. The boys have their chef hats ready... they will be cooking up and serving hot cookies throughout the evening.

London Live

Watching the Olympics live in London was an experience like none other. Sitting in the stands, I realized it was the first time since 1992 that I was watching without an inkling of what was about to transpire. What a thrill to see fans from countries including Russia, Romania, Great Britain and the USA packing the stands in support of their favorite athletes.

Team USA did not disappoint! The girls stepped onto the podium ready to give it their all. Confidence spread across their face and adrenaline bounced through their bodies. One after another, Gabby, Jordyn, McKayla, Aly and Kyla nailed their routines. McKayla dazzled with a perfect 2 1/2 twisting yurchanko, Kyla swung flawlessly through her bar routine, Gabby wowed the audience with her amazing release moves, Aly nailed the balance beam and Jordyn soared on the floor.... double twisting double back... so crazy!

Thank you Team USA for the fabulous show!

Book number 2

Book number 2 is now in draft, but it needs a title.  The original title, A Leap of Faith, is already taken by hundreds of books.  I would love to hear suggestions and ideas from the readers!  As I work on embellishment, please let me know what you loved and what you didn't care for in One Fateful Night.  I would love to incorporate more of "the good stuff"!

Supporting Team USA at the London Olympic Games

Such an exciting week... One Fateful Night has teamed with USA Gymnastics to provide support to the 2012 Olympic team!  Proceeds related to book sales between May and August will be donated to the USA Gymnastics Foundation.  Equally as exciting, my husband and I will be traveling abroad to cheer the team to victory.
