Have you ever noticed how good you feel when you help somebody else? When I am frustrated or angry an act of kindness is the last thing that typically comes to mind, but perhaps my life would be more joyful if I learned to live that way. Another goal of 2013!

I had a very wise neighbor advise me to give something new a try each and every year. It honor of the wonderful Helen Swank, it is my goal of 2013 to begin each day with a bit of inspiration. I find this quote to be the perfect launch:
